Property Tax Payment Options
- Treasurer's Drop Box - located by the security entry door on the east side of courthouse 24hrs / 7days
- By Mail - Enclose Copy A (SPRING) and/or Copy B (FALL) and a check for the amount due. Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you request a receipt. Mail to: Scott County Treasurer, 1 E. McClain Ave., Suite 140, Scottsburg, IN 47170
- In Person - The Courthouse reopened to public on June 1, 2020. Screening questions will/can be asked by security.
- Online Payments - Online tax infomation and payments.
- Pay by phone - (812) 419-3510 ACH fee is $2.50 and paying by credit or debit is 2.90%
- Debit/Credit Cards - (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) are accepted in office and by phone. There is a processing fee of 2.905% for the convenience of the card which is charged by the payment vendor - not the county
